Chapter 2: The Team, the second Key to Success

team work

From the day employee is hired, his employer decides EVERYTHING:
• The Schedule
• The Salary
• The way he/she should dress
• Company’s rules and regulations
• Benefits
• Leave of Absence
• Vacation…

Employees do not have the Power of Decision.

They must follow company’s rules or face the consequences. Managers or supervisors monitor employees’ work.

 To have a day off, employees must request it from employer. They must wait for the demand to be granted before taking the day off.

 Employees demand pay raise and wait for employer to respond to their demand.

 Millions of employees have been laid off due to the financial crisis of 2008.The decision to reduce the work force is kept secret until the day of the announcement.

 Millions are still unemployed as you are reading this ebook.

 An entrepreneur is someone who runs a business and, as the decision maker, decides what, how, and how much of a good or service will be produced and sold.

 An entrepreneur supplies a Capital, monitors and controls the business activities.

 The entrepreneur is usually a sole proprietor, a partner with others.

Many are reluctant to start their own business. They have been ‘’programmed’’ by the school system to becoming employees.

’Most small-business owners have no financial education when they started. They weren’t trained to be entrepreneurs’’
Robert Kiyosaki
